Due to the social situation, sessions of the 71st Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival scheduled from 18 to 27 November 2019 were cancelled. Full refund of the entry fees and alteration fees for the dates concerned will be made to members of the Association from 5 February to 6 March 2020. Participants of the cancelled sessions please contact the members that entered them to the Festival for refund in due course. Details of the refund arrangement will be given to the members concerned in the letter of refund issued on 19 December 2019.
