All competitors must be students of members of the Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association and must enter the Festival through such members. If you wish to become our member, please read the eligibility and procedures on the application forms carefully.

New Membership Application
If you wish to become our member and enrol your students for the “76th Hong Kong School Speech Festival” and the “77th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival”, please be aware of the processing time of membership application so as to avoid missing the enrolment deadlines for the Festivals.

2024 – 2025 Membership Validity:
From 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025 Please note that the Association will only process the application when all relevant documents and cheque are received. All applications will be submitted to the Executive Committee of the Association for approval. The approval process will normally take four to six weeks and the result will be informed in writing.
