Forgot Password 忘記密碼 (NOT for OES 不適用於網上報名系統)

If you have forgotten your membership login password, please follow the following procedures to get the password.
若閣下忘記會員登入密碼，請按以下指示領取密碼。

Competitors are NOT eligible to retrieve member’s login information. 參賽者不能取得會員登入資料。

Note 注意事項

By post: we will send the password to your registered address by 3 – 4 working days.
郵寄: 我們將會於3 – 4個工作天內寄出密碼到會員所登記的地址。
By e-mail: we will send the password to your registered e-mail address by 1 – 2 working days.
以電郵方式索取: 我們將會於1 – 2個工作天內寄出密碼到會員所登記之電郵地址。
