  The 75th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival (2023) video submission deadline for “Video Submission Mode” classes will be on 24 Feb 2023 (Fri) 5:00 p.m.. To avoid heavy traffic, please reserve ample time for filling out the “Video Submission Form” and uploading the video. Any late submission, regardless of reasons, will NOT be accepted. For video submission details, please refer to the latest Music Festival Pre-competition Reminder and other relevant documents under “Preparation for Festival” page .

The 74th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival (2022) announcement of the Report of Competition Results (for Members), Overall Comment of the Group (for Competitors) and Collection of Mark Sheets will be scheduled to 10 March 2023. For further details, please refer to the latest Speech Festival Circular No. 4 in the Members’ Area.

The Association has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working closely with local and overseas adjudicators to facilitate the adjudication process. Unfortunately, the adjudication progress has been affected by the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, thus disrupting the scheduled announcement of the competition results, and collection of mark sheets and pennants. The new arrangement will be announced on 10 February 2023.

3:05 p.m. on 25 November 2022

Due to the short notice of the change of video submission method of the 74th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, the Association now further extends the submission deadline to 12 noon of 26 November 2022 to let competitors have more time to finish their submission.

8:45 a.m. on 25 November 2022

Competitors who have successfully submitted their competition videos on or before 8:30 a.m. on 25 November 2022 do not have to resubmit the video. If they haven’t, please press here for the Video Submission Form.

8:30 a.m. on 25 November 2022

⚠ Due to an intermittent error with the cloud system of video submission, this Form is suspended. The form will be resumed on 8:45 a.m. on 25 November 2022. Association now asks submitters to first submit their competition videos to YouTube, then submit the YouTube link via this Form. Please ensure the link is set as “unlisted” (Anyone with the link can view) until 10 February 2023.
The deadline of video submission period is now extended to 25 November 2022 (5:00 p.m.).
