On-line Booking of a Time Slot to View Set Pieces

1. Members / Competitors must make their own efforts to obtain the required set pieces for competitions.
2. Members should take the responsibility to ensure the versions used by their students for competitions are identical to the versions set in the Syllabus.

1. The Association keeps the set pieces in the Association office for members’ reference.
2. Members who wish to visit the Association office to view the set pieces must make on-line booking of a time slot to do so.
3. When a booking is made, please print the confirmation slip for presentation to the staff on the day of the visit. Members must also present their original membership card of the year 2011-12 (blue in colour).
4. Members must view the set pieces at the designated area of the Association office. Any attempt to copy or reproduce the set pieces kept in the Association office is strictly prohibited.
