The Association does not provide competition materials to members/competitors. They must make their own effort and allow enough time to obtain/order the competition materials. They should also ensure the versions they use are identical to the versions set for the competitions of the Speech Festival.

The Association keeps a full set of the competition materials (without the own choice materials) in the library for members to view/read in the library only. Members can make use of this service for the two following purposes:

• to assess if a certain class(es) are suitable for their students when they have not yet acquired competition materials
• to verify if their own competition materials are identical to the set versions

Advance booking for a timeslot to view/read the library copy is mandatory. The service is for members only.

Members are welcome to make on-line booking using the timeslot table down below. The membership number and the password are required. Please print the confirmation slip when a booking is successfully made. Simply present staff the slip and the membership card when members visit the Association library.

Please note that the library material cannot be loaned out. Any attempt to copy or reproduce the speech materials is strictly prohibited.
