We regret to announce the cancellation of the sessions of Speech Festival originally scheduled on 18 – 27 November 2019. For the sessions afterwards, the Association will announce later.
We understand the concern on whether the Festival could be held under a safe environment. We have been closely monitoring the social situation and traffic conditions around the competition venues and assessing their impacts on the Festival. In light of the prevailing uncertainties, cancellation of sessions has become a difficult but necessary decision for the sake of the safety of our participants and staff members.
Thanks for the continuous support of our participants, parents, schools and supporting organizations to Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival.
