Members are welcome to the Association Office for a preview of the music scores of the set pieces for the purpose of assessing the suitability of the set piece(s) for their students and checking the versions they have on hand against the versions set for competitors to ensure the two are identical. Please make on-line booking in advance.

Members of the public are also welcome. However, no booking can be made for non-members. As such, they will not be entertained when the quota are filled at the time of their visit.

Attention: The service is suspended on 16-18 Sept and 13-17 Oct 2008.

No booking is required from 20 October 2008 onward. Members and non-members are welcome.

Meanwhile, members are advised not to enter their students to the Music Festival before they have already got hold of the original copies of the required music scores. Other than the few specified classes, the Association cannot provide any music scores. Members/competitors have to acquire the required music scores from internet bookshops or local music shops on their own. Members cannot obtain music scores from the Association even if they can produce a valid proof showing they have placed an order with a bookshop or music shop.

本會備有音樂節選材全部樂譜，歡迎會員親臨本會辦事處先行預覽，再決定選材是否適合其學生，及核對已有的樂譜，是否與比賽之指定版本相符。請事先於網上預約。

公眾人士亦歡迎享用此項服務。不過，由於預約只適用於本會會員，非會員到訪時可能遇上額滿即止的情況。

注意﹕該服務於2008年9月16至18日及10月13至17日暫停。

2008年10月20日起，會員及非會員一律不需預約。

此外，會員凡未備有所需的正本樂譜，請勿為學生報名參加音樂節。

除少數特別註明的賽事項目外，本會不會提供樂譜。會員/參賽者須自行向網上書店或本地琴行購買樂譜。會員縱然能夠出示有效文件，證明已向書店或琴行訂購樂譜，本會亦不會為會員提供樂譜。
