Members can make on-line reservation of a date on which they would like to collect the certificates of the 62nd Hong Kong Schools Music Festival from the Association office. This measure would significantly cut short the time members queuing for the certificates at the Association office.

Members can choose any office days between 17 May and 31 July 2010.

Please print the confirmation slip when a booking is made. On the day members collect the certificates, please present the slip and the original membership card, and bring along a large envelope for the certificates. The competitors’ mark sheets are NOT required.

Please note that members MUST take their initiative to make a booking. The Association will not assign a date to them. Members who collect the certificates at a later day will be subject to a handling fee.
